I’m Kirsty, a Chartered Physiotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience, and I still absolutely love what I do.


My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and get back to doing what matters most to you. That might mean returning to your favourite sport, keeping up with your family, or just feeling more comfortable day to day.

I have spent the past 20 years building up my extensive knowledge and skill base by working in NHS speciality units, the Ministry of Defence, elite sport and private practice, so I bring a huge range of experience to your treatment.

🏃‍♀️ One of the biggest of my 67-Challenges during my Mega Charity Challenge as I smashed through my £6700 fundraising target to raise almost £20k for The Encephalitis Society in memory of my fabulous Dad.


This was me & my Friend, Percy the Penguin 🐧, after he had just carried my over the finish line at the Edinburgh Marathon (.......just one week before my next challenge - a half ironman!)
