✔ Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist | 20+ years’ experience

If pain, stiffness, or an injury is holding you back, I know how frustrating that can be. Whether you’re struggling to do the things you love, recovering from surgery, or just want to feel stronger and more confident in your movement, I’m here to help.

I’m Kirsty, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years' experience, and I still absolutely love what I do. I have spent the past 21 years building up my extensive knowledge and skill base by working in NHS speciality units, the Ministry of Defence, elite sport and private practice, so I bring a huge range of experience to your treatment.

Alongside my private practice, I also work as an Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, supporting early assessment, management and triage of musculoskeletal injuries. In this role I provide expert clinical advice, and when clinically appropriate, refer for investigations such as X-ray, MRI and ultrasound. I also support patients with the right next steps — whether that’s targeted rehabilitation, onward referral for physiotherapy, or orthopaedic specialist input. This experience strengthens my assessment skills and helps ensure each person receives the right care at the right time.

My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and get back to doing what matters most to you. That might mean returning to your favourite sport, keeping up with your family, or just feeling more comfortable day to day.

Whatever your goals, we’ll work on them together.

From your first session, I take the time to really listen—because no two people (or injuries) are the same.

I’ll help you understand what’s going on with your body, explain things in a way that makes sense, and create a plan that fits your life.

Through expert hands-on treatment, rehab exercises, and practical advice, I can help you:

✔ Reduce pain and stiffness

✔ Move more freely and confidently

✔ Recover well after surgery

✔ Prevent future injuries by understanding how to train and move safely

✔ Manage long-term conditions with the right strategies

✔ Improve nerve-related symptoms like pins and needles

✔ Feel fully prepared for surgery so you get the best possible results

What makes the biggest difference isn’t just my knowledge - it’s how I work with you.

My patients often tell me they appreciate my friendly, approachable nature, my clear explanations, and the way I make rehab feel manageable (and even enjoyable!).

At my clinic, you won’t feel rushed or like just another appointment in the diary.

We’ll work together to set goals, build a plan that fits your needs, and get you back to feeling your best.

You don’t have to put up with pain or limitations. Let’s get you moving again.

Appointments include a full assessment, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and a clear rehab plan to follow at home.

Exercise with a view

The Perfect Combination

I love staying active and exploring new places whenever I can.
This photo was taken while travelling in Norway, just moments before we spotted dolphins swimming past!

Weekend Warriors

Training & Eventing

I know what it’s like to juggle training, work, and family life.
As a keen triathlete, I understand how frustrating injuries can be — and I’ll help you stay strong, train smarter, and get back to doing what you love.

Daily Dog Walks

Come Rain or Shine

🐾 Outside of work, you’ll often find me out walking with my dog — Niffler.
He loves exploring every muddy puddle, sniffing every tree, and keeping me moving whatever the weather!

Bluebird Skies & Crunchy Snow

Perfect Ski Days

I love skiing and getting outdoors in the mountains.
If you’ve got a trip coming up and want to feel confident and strong on the slopes, I can help you get ski-ready and reduce your risk of injury.

Bucket List

Ticking off One Adventure at a Time

I’m always up for an adventure and love ticking off new challenges.
This was one of our favourite days in Norway — a brilliant hike with views that made it completely worth it!

Finding Motivation

Getting closer to the end with every stride!

One of the biggest challenges I’ve taken on was completing 67 challenges to raise money in memory of my Dad.
It reminded me how powerful small steps can be — and that’s exactly the mindset I bring into rehab.
