Kirsty is an excellent physio. She is very experienced and explains everything clearly and in detail, especially when you get little explanation from the doctors.
She is very friendly and puts you at ease.
I would highly recommend her to anyone needing support.

I had horrendous lower back pain, could hardly walk, and barely got there in the car.
I had about 4 sessions with Kirsty via my work BUPA. Kirsty is brilliant, kind, patient , has good chat, and obviously most importantly totally sorted me out over a couple of weeks, with real progress after our first session.
She gave me great exercises to also do at home to help, and by the end I was able to take a long flight which I had been anxious about. She's a miracle worker and I'm enormously grateful.
